KIA Military Vehicles

(GYEONGSAN) May 24, 2022 – Special Vehicle Export Team and Service Team conducted PDI(Pre-Delivery Inspection) on May 19 and 24, including inspections of the interior and exterior quality and special features of one PU (bongo) canopy bound for the Marshall Islands and 18 PU dumpers bound for New Caledonia.

The PU canopy for the Marshall Islands was shipped at the end of May with orders received in April. Unlike the existing canopy vehicles, the rear deck was differentiated by galvanizing. The vehicle will be delivered for local promotional purposes. "This vehicle will be a good opportunity to secure follow-up supplies by creating local demand." an Asia-Pacific regional manager of the Export Team said.

The 18 PU dumpers bound for New Caledonia are scheduled to be shipped at the end of June, and an additional 30 orders were received in July due to favorable local response to the vehicles.
